1. Food & Beverage Policy
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of bottled tea once it has been purchased or delivered.
However, if there is a problem with your order, we are committed to reviewing and resolving legitimate concerns as outlined below.

If you purchased directly from us at an event, market, or pop-up:
